COVID-19 PROCEDURES

We are open and accepting appointments only, we are checking temperatures by non contact thermometer and require everyone to have a mask on. We are doing our part and taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services. Therefore, we do ask that you call us within 14 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require.

We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you. If at any time you feel you that would like to try the services of a different designer, then we support and recommend that you do so. Our entire team’s talent is at your disposal and discretion. 

Please keep in mind, corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve the desired result. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon. 

Technical Service After Care 

In order for the 14 day service guarantee to apply,  all after care recommendations and advice from stylist must be carried out in full. 

MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.  

Cancellations made without a 24 hour  advanced notice will be charged 50% of the service price that was scheduled. 

Missed appointments with no notice will be charged full service price. 

Fees will be added to your next appointments.

Please note that if you are late, your  appointment may be shortened but you will still be charged the full price.
